2.1 Age Requirement. Access to big321 is strictly restricted to persons who are at least 21 years of age. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age threshold. big321 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the 21+ requirement cannot be verified to our satisfaction.
2.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering with big321. big321 does not accept registrations from persons located in jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. Malaysian users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.
2.3 Single Account. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) big321 account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. big321 may close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein upon discovery.
2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your big321 account. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any change occurs. big321 shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
2.5 KYC Verification. big321 operates Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures in accordance with its licensing obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, or source-of-funds documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by big321 may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.
3.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your big321 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. big321 will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify big321 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected compromise of your credentials. big321 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
3.3 Account Non-Transferability. Your big321 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. Any attempt to transfer, sell, or use another person's account is a material breach of these Terms.
3.4 Prohibited Uses. You agree not to use the big321 platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law. big321 reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities and to cooperate fully with any law enforcement investigation.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. big321 accepts deposits denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and supported cryptocurrency networks. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the big321 cashier section. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed only to verified accounts and only to payment methods previously used for deposits or to accounts in the verified player's name. big321 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method; e-wallet withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours of approval.
4.4 Player Funds. Player funds held in big321 accounts are segregated from operational funds. However, big321 does not guarantee any interest on player deposits and does not accept liability in the event of insolvency of any third-party payment processor.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on big321 are denominated in MYR. Where cryptocurrency deposits are converted, the applicable conversion rate at the time of transaction confirmation applies.
5.1 General. big321 offers various promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each offer, which are published on the big321 promotions page and incorporated by reference into these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered on eligible games. The contribution percentage of each game category toward meeting wagering requirements is specified in individual promotion terms.
5.3 Abuse. big321 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void any winnings derived from a bonus, and/or close the account of any player who, in big321's reasonable determination, has abused or attempted to abuse any promotion. Abuse includes, without limitation, hedging bets, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and any form of bonus arbitrage.
5.4 One Promotion Per Player. Unless expressly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per household, IP address, device, payment method, and individual. big321 reserves the right to refuse or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.
6.1 Game Outcomes. All game outcomes on big321 are determined by certified random number generators ("RNG") where applicable, or by real-world events in the case of sportsbook and e-sports wagering. Game results are final once confirmed by the platform. big321 shall not be liable for any technical error or malfunction that results in an incorrectly displayed outcome, provided that the underlying game result is accurate.
6.2 Software Errors. In the event of a software malfunction, display error, or system error that results in an outcome that would not otherwise have occurred, big321 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered stake to the player. Winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable software error are not payable and will be voided.
6.3 Prohibited Strategies. The use of automated betting systems, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of software assistance to gain an unfair advantage on big321 is strictly prohibited. big321 employs fraud detection systems and will suspend accounts found to be using prohibited tools.
6.4 Sportsbook. big321 reserves the right to limit stakes, void bets, or close markets in cases of obvious pricing errors, suspicious betting patterns, or match integrity concerns. Decisions on sportsbook and e-sports bet settlement are final.
All content on the big321 platform — including but not limited to software, game graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, and audiovisual elements — is the property of big321 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the big321 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of big321 content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
8.1 The big321 platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. big321 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, big321's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the big321 platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.3 big321 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the big321 platform, regardless of the theory of liability and whether or not big321 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8.4 big321 shall not be liable for any loss arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, internet disruptions, government actions, or third-party payment processor failures.
big321 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. big321 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with licensed third-party service providers necessary for the operation of the platform, including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and game software providers.
10.1 Age Restriction. big321 is strictly a 21+ platform. Any person who believes they may be or is a problem gambler should not register for or use the big321 platform. big321 is committed to detecting and preventing underage gambling and will close any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21.
10.2 Self-Limitation Tools. Registered players may access deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion through their big321 account settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, big321 will not accept deposits from, or credit winnings to, the excluded account for the duration of the exclusion period.

10.4 No Waiver. The existence of responsible gaming tools does not constitute a warranty that such tools will prevent all harm associated with gambling, nor does the availability of such tools limit big321's rights or your obligations under these Terms.
11.1 By big321. big321 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; (d) abuse of bonuses or promotions; (e) use of prohibited betting software or strategies; or (f) any other conduct that big321 determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of gaming.
11.2 Fund Handling on Closure. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, big321 reserves the right to withhold all or part of any balance pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by the player in good standing, the verified account balance (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned via the player's preferred withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.
11.3 By the Player. You may request account closure at any time by contacting big321 via in-platform live chat. All pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure at player request.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to big321's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the big321 platform, you agree to first contact big321's customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. big321 aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures, the matter may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body specified by big321's licensing authority. The decision of the designated dispute resolution body shall be final and binding.
big321 may amend these Terms at any time by publishing a revised version on this page. The revised Terms shall be effective immediately upon publication. big321 will endeavour to notify registered players of material amendments via the contact details on record. Your continued use of the big321 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and request account closure.
